The Jewish Telegraph Agency (alone) reports that German politician Martin Hohman is “off the hook”: “A German politician who made an anti-Semitic speech will not face legal charges. – Martin Hohmann, a member of the conservative Christian Democratic Union Party in the state of Hessen, will not face charges connected to a speech he delivered last October.

A state prosecutor announced Thursday [May 13] that Hohmann had not committed a statutory offense when he referred to Jews as a ‘nation of perpetrators’ for their alleged role in atrocities during the Russian revolution. The court also rejected protests against its decision from the Central Council of Jews in Germany and the Jewish association in Hessen.” (Website note: Mr Hohmann had stated a well-known fact about most of the Bolshevik mass murderers and torturers).
