Dear Mr. Nagler,
Following
my letter of 11th June I have now received information from
the Austrian Ministry of the Interior regarding David
Irving.
According
to this information, the warrant for Mr. Irving's arrest
issued on 8th November 1989 by the Criminal Court Vienna
continues to be valid.Since the issue of that warrant, and
in particular on Sunday, 12th May 1992, no stay of David
Irving in Austria was recorded by the Austrian security
authorities.[1]
