I’ VE never seen a series of pictures showing throttled people, so forgive my ignorance on the subject. It would appear from the pictures you have posted that all those hanged who are displaying their “crime” about their necks have the same printed sign.

Were these signs mass produced? I would have thought, therefore, that had the female victim been
other than a partisan she would have had no sign (as there appear to have been many to go around) much like quite a few of the victims in other pictures from the same series.

IT appears to be always the same sign, which is placed around the unfortunate’s neck rather like a gruesome version of the school-classroom dunce’s cap. I have an open mind as yet about Masha, and wait for more letters to come.
