Your next speaking tour Matt Giwer writes from the United States, April 28, 1999 Re the USHMM picture of gas chambers : I have searched the photo archives of the USHMM and found a picture by searching the photo archive on “gas chamber” The picture appears to be the one that was run on the cover of Life magazine. It has a skull and crossbones on the door, AND it is at Dachau.
Not only is it clearly Degesh equipment but it has the dogs on the door (as on ships) that would be required to get a good seal, something lacking from every “reconstruction” and “eyewitness account” but essential. There is another USHMM picture with the caption “Two sisters from northern Italy who were political prisoners in Gusen concentration camp for two years. They managed to avoid execution by hiding from the doctors when they came to pick prisoners for the gas chambers.”
Gusen? gas chambers? Finally, the picture with the caption: “A group of Jewish men awaiting death in a gas van at the Chelmno death camp.” The picture is only of some men — nothing Jewish, no waiting, and everyone facing the camera. Matt Giwer David Irving notes: I HAVE no comments myself on this letter, but invite readers to submit their own.
