I UNDERSTAND that you are the leading authority
on Adolf Hitler. He frequently conversed with
ambassadors and politicians who spoke English, French
etc. It is nor clear from his interpreter’s book, if he
knew anything of other languages.

Paul Schmidt [Statist auf Diplomatischer
Bühne] maintained that he would sometimes twist meanings in interpreting. Would Hitler not have spotted this?

It would be most interesting to know if there is any recording of Hitler speaking any language other than
German.
