, a Jewish gentleman of New Jersey, USA, remarks on the funding of Mr Irving’s legal actions

Full of you-know-what

BOY, David you are full of you-know-what. You sued in
[the] UK because of [the] status of
English libel laws vs US to shake Defendants down for money. You lost every motion and appeal — the case is over — period.

As to Guardian case you are not pushing it for whatever reason and I believe it will get dismissed by Courts for what we call in US
“lack of prosecution by plaintiff”.

Also I would not be bragging on line that I was working in USA (your “well attended conference over Labor
Day”) if I were you. The US and UK taxing authorities may be interested — as may INS

SINCE the beginning of the
Lipstadt action, the hatred-filled Mr Redish has often sent us obscene or offensive hate-mail, to which we have not responded, although it may be racially motivated and thus fall under US hate-crime laws. Usually our mail filters have caught the items.

On May 22, 2002 newspapers reported the negative outcome of Mr Irving’s appeal in the British
High Court. Mr Redish wrote on that occasion a gloating letter headed: “Next home: A cardboard box in The
Strand” We printed the letter.
Mr Redish then went whingeing to Mr Irving’s London lawyers
