Chambers] is so completely impossible to find? I have tried ordering it from amazon.com, amazon.co.uk, amazon.de, amazon.at, from nearly every bookshop on internet, including second hand ones — nowhere to be found.

What is there in this book that is too uncomfortable to reveal?
