In the capacity of publishing director of the weekly paper MINUTE LA FRANCE, for having in Paris, in any event on national territory in July 1992, and in any event during a period not covered by the statute of limitation, committed the offense of denying crimes against humanity by publishing in No.

1580 dated 23-27 July 1992 an article entitled, ” DAVID IRVING and with the sub-title, “The Historian David Irving publishes since 12 July in the weekly ‘Sunday Times”, in London, the private diary of Goebbels, former Nazi Propaganda Minister. Whereas, Irving is considered as a “Revisionist Historian.” Therefore the controversy, struggle of lobbies and press war. The “Daily Mail” published immediately other “Notebooks of Goebbels.”

In exclusivity for “Minute-La-France”, Irving explains: written by Mr. Fabrice SAULAIS containing notably the following passages.
