AT NO point in his 333 page Judgment did the judge Sir
Charles Gray call Mr Irving a liar. He did say, “Mr
Irving’s knowledge of World War II history is unparallelled,” but Prof Lipstadt appears to have been asleep when he used those words, as she does not quote them.
