We observe that despite our client’s concerns, your client insists upon the continuing involvement of Mr [Tobias] Jersak who apart from the attempt to “remove certain documentation held in the Trustees’ custody” [ DLA’s letter of 13th February 2004 ] on the occasion of his first visit, also left the Collection in a state of complete disarray. No doubt you will have put Mr Jersak and his colleague on strict notice of the conduct required.
Contrary to our earlier advice, Mr D++++ M++++ will now represent our client on 24th and 25th March.
