ON October 27, 1992 at 4:54 p.m. the border immigration unit of the CIC at Douglas, on the border to Blaine, Washington state, USA, faxes to 666 1926 (Vancouver Enforcement) an enlarged newspaper picture of photograph of Mr Irving speaking with the caption David Irving bound for BC. On October 28 at 1:41 p.m. it is faxed onward to 1-363 3669. 1999
