on February 20, 2006) Irving received a three-year sentence and there is every indication that his attorney at the time Dr. Elmar Kresbach (Schottengasse 4, 1010 Vienna, Tel.: 43-1-533 26 90, Fax: 43-1-533 27 90) prospered the case of the government, instead of properly defending Irving.
