Traditional Enemies of Free Speech start Campaign to Hound Scientist

London -- The international community is stepping up its attempts to force the hand of the German authorities and bludgeon them into demanding the extradition of German scientist Germar Rudolf from his enforced exile in southern England.

After defence counsel in a Holocaust propaganda-related trial in Germany introduced as evidence a doctoral dissertation written by Rudolf, a scientist at the prestigious Max Planck Institut in Germany, the scientist was arrested and convicted under Germany's laws for the the suppression of free speech.

Ignatz Bubis, the late head of the country's Jewish community, had earlier written to the Institute demanding that it revoke its contract with him; after several such letters obliged the institute to comply with the demand, Rudolf successfully took industrial-relations action against the institute for wrongful dismissal; in court papers, the institute disclosed its hitherto unsuspected correspondence with the Jewish leaders. The institute closed the correspondence by inquiring whether their tormentors were "satisfied now", after conceding that they had now, as requested, severed Mr Rudolf's employment.

Rudolf's outstanding doctoral dissertation on the permanence of cyanide compounds in the fabric of buildings had been used by revisionists to support their claim that the gas chamber structures shown to tourists at Auschwitz were post-war fakes, a fact which the Polish authorities have now conceded. He has since consolidated these conclusions in a publication entitled The Rudolf Report. It has met with high praise from the scientific community.

Late last week, when Rudolf returned to the U.K. after visiting the United States -- where he was a star speaker at the Real History USA convention organised at Cincinnati by Focal Point Publications (FPP) -- he was met at Victoria railroad station, London, by a reporter of The Sunday Telegraph, who identified himself as Chris Hastings.

Simultaneously Hastings's fellow journalist, Jessica Berry, contacted Mr Irving, of FPP at Key West, and asked for an interview about Mr Rudolf. Mr Irving refused to give any further details than were contained in his newsletter.

The Sunday Telegraph's story has now been repeated in other newspapers, including The Independent, and a German news agency (dpa) press release, quoted by German newspapers like the Rheinpfalz and other newspapers around the world.

Rudolf has protested to the newspapers:

 IT IS interesting to see how different the article by Chris Hastings is from what he promised. When interviewing me, he was very curious about the situation in Germany regarding freedom of speech.

We talked about the facts

• that there are 10,000 criminal prosecutions for "thought crimes" in Germany each year, as published by the German authorities; that German universities can and do withdraw PhD-titles from people when committing "thought crimes" basing on a law introduced 1939 by Adolf Hitler, which is still valid today;
• that Germany's biggest Police department is the one called "department for state protection", the new German Gestapo;
• that Germany employs especially trained, politically reliable public prosecutors to do nothing but prosecute political cases, most of them being "thought crimes";
• that every German law court has departments called "State Protection Chambers" admittedly conducting nothing but political trials against all sorts of "political crimes";
• that the German Federal Police compiles a secret list of publications which were prohibited in Germany by any law court;
• that the German authorities burned many thousands of books and other publications in the last years for allegedly breaching German anti-discrimination laws, even if German professors testified on trial that some of these books are scientific and should be protected by the internationally guaranteed human rights.

"I offered Mr. Hastings hard evidence for these things. He chose to stay silent. In fact, he decided to support those forces which want to introduce similar laws and conditions in Britain. Did Britain fight two World Wars and sacrifice its empire in order to end up in a unified Europe that is being ruled by German political paranoia? 

Final brave words of scientist Rudolf today, addressed to the revisionist community: "They won't get me, I promise you all."
