have chosen to write a 4000-thousand word assignment for my
"A"-level History course. The question I have chosen to
answer is: "Was Mein
Kampf a blueprint of Hitler's plans
for WW2; please can you help me by giving page references of
Hitler's plans for WW2 if there is any.

2. You will find a kind of page-index for this, both on that file, and at http://www.fpp.co.uk/bookchapters/HW/index.html as a text file; but the page numbers won't help you much!
