James Libson, of Lipstadt's London lawyers Mishcon de Reya, writes an impatient letter to British Trustee holding all Mr Irving's possessions, demanding to know what is happening with Lipstadt's claim [item not seen by Mr Irving until Feb 2004] | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Dear Louise Irving Please may I have an update on which is happening in the Irving Bankruptcy. His website demonstrates that he is incredibly active, talking, selling books, promoting conferences, making films, etc. I have not had an update from you for some months and I have not heard from you in relation to the efforts to value and sell his collection of material. You will remember that I gave you details of a historian able to do this on your behalf. Did you contact him? My client, Professor Lipstadt, is becoming increasingly impatient with this process. Please may I have a quick response. Yours sincerely
James Libson
