Dear Mr May,

DAVID IRVING v PENGUIN BOOKS & PROFESSOR LIPSTADT

ROYAL COURTS OF JUSTICE, STRAND, LONDON

Thank you for your interest in the Irving Trial and letter to Mr Justice Gray.

His Lordship, received your letter this morning with his morning mail. He has asked me to reply thanking you for taking the trouble to write.

I am pleased you found the day worthwhile in Court 73. You may be interested to know that final speeches commence on Monday 13th March with Mr Justice Gray giving judgement sometime in April 2000. In a convenient effort to keep track on the trial, you may find Mr Irving's Publishing Company's web site (www.fpp.co.uk) as a comprehensive source of information through the AR section.

I trust you enjoyed your stay in London. Again, thank you for your response.

Yours faithfully,

John Lloyd
