David Irving write to Emory University's General Counsel, March 12, 2004 London, March 12, 2004 Dear Mr Sencer, Thank you for the courtesy of your letter of February 4, copy attached. I wrote you on February 17 as follows: Since the offending material which violates both my personal copyrights and the Court Order of the British High Court is still posted on the Emory University website at the URL stated to you, namely http://www.[+++], please be so good as to identify to me by return of post or by email to [email protected] the ISP which hosts this website, so that I can initiate the necessary action under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. I reserve all rights to take other action additionally for these violations. You have not responded to this matter since then, so we shall apply to the courts for a TRO [Temporary Restraining Order] and reserve the right to claim additional damage for every day on which this violation of our rights continues. Yours sincerely,
