Prosecutor appeals for tougher Sentence

Melbourne, Friday, November 12, 1999 -- Geoff. Muirden, Acting Director, Adelaide Institute, announced this morning that bail has been paid for imprisoned historian Dr Fredrick Toben, and he has now been released from Mannheim Prison, Germany. State prosecutor Hans-Heiko Klein has appealed to a higher court for a more severe sentence.
