David
Irving comments: A STORY of breathtaking
simplicity, as remarkable for what it says
as for what it omits -- the actual
identity of this mysterious group of "dual
nationality" citizens whom Moscow's
legislators seem to have unanimously
identified as inimical to national Russian
interests. Shall only the
rocket scientists among the world's
population recognize the sensation buried
in these lines? Is this why the rest of
the world's press has apparently
overlooked this news? Will this group soon be
excluded from governing Russia altogether?
If Margaret Thatcher had faced such
a ukaze, she would have lost
one-third of her Cabinet overnight; and
the fate of Bill Clinton's regime
does not bear thinking off -- it would
have become a mere skeleton of its former
self. As for Mexico, we note
that five of the eight ministers in the
current cabinet in the DF would fall under
this unGodly axe, even though the group
concerned numbers only one Mexican in a
thousand among its ranks. Is this Moscow move the
first faint fore-echo of a new Holocaust
somewhere in the world? How long before we again
hear the plaintive cry of Why Us?. PARALLELS NOTE: The President of United
States has to be an American-born citizen,
which rules out Henry Kissinger and
Arnold Schwarzenegger alike. And: a recent opinion
poll in Britain revealed that over 65
percent of the British public stated they
would never vote for a Jewish prime
minister (hence Michael Howard's
defeat). |
[source] Only Russian
citizens will henceforth head the country's Cabinet
- State Duma MOSCOW, May 12 (Itar-Tass) - The
Russian State Duma passed a law on Thursday,
[May 12, 2005] stipulating that only
citizens of the Russian Federation,
who have no
dual citizenship, will
henceforth be entitled to head the country's
cabinet. The MPs unanimously, by 417 votes, approved
simultaneously on Thursday the second and third
readings of the law "On Amendments to Article 7 of
the Federal Constitutional Law on the Government of
the Russian Federation". It said that the Chairman
of the Russian government is to be appointed by the
president of the Russian Federation from among
citizens of Russia, who have no foreign
citizenship, according to the constitutionally
fixed procedure. -
