Discussion of Professor Evans's four criteria for "Holocaust denial" will be found in the trial trancripts for Day 2, January 12, 2000, and (cross examination of Evans) Day 20, February 15, 2000. He seemed uneasy about whether just meeting one criterion was sufficient -- because then Hilberg, Lacqueur and the Auschwitz museum staff would all qualify in various ways -- or all four had to be met.
