Irving comments: ROSENSAFT? That sweetsounding
name rings a bell. Ah yes, a
Menachem Rosensaft is said
to be married to a "Hadassah
Rosenzaft". In her previous
existence she was none other than
Ada Bimko, so we are told,
the perjured witness at the
Belsen trial whose testimony
served to send several of her
former captors to the
gallows. Sample and
relish her evidence, roll it
around your tongue like a fine
wine: an SS man whom she had
befriended (!) had led her into
an upstairs room of the Auschwitz
gas chamber, where she had seen
for herself the huge cylinders of
gas and pipes leading into the
gas chamber below.
[*] Ahem, the
poison gas that all the
other survivors testified
to was Zyklon B, a crystalline
pesticide substance that came in
small tins. Needless to
say, Prof Robert Jan Van
Pelt, the Auschwitz expert
who was highly
paid to testify for Lipstadt
in the Lipstadt trial, while
relying heavily on the Bimko
evidence, failed somehow to
include the sentences referred
to, and had some difficulty in
Court under cross-examination
explaining why he had omitted
them. They did after
all tend to cast "a reasonable
doubt" on her evidence, which is
a polite way of saying that they
showed up Rosensaft/Bimko as a
homicidal liar. Related

. THE
American government, meanwhile, should
accord all American Holocaust survivors
the status of veterans of the American
armed services, and free access to
Veterans Administration hospitals and
facilities. The French, Swiss, Austrian,
Polish and other European governments
should also contribute meaningfully to a
fund to provide comprehensive medical care
and other fundamental social services to
those whom their predecessors betrayed or
robbed. . . . . . .

article] Menachem
Rosensaft, a partner in the New
York law firm of Ross & Hardies, is
the founding chairman of the
International Network of Children of
Jewish Holocaust Survivors, and a
member of the United States Holocaust
Memorial Council. CORRECTION: I am informed as follows: "Ada
Bimko (died 1997) was the mother, not
wife, of Menachem Rosensaft (born at
Belsen in 1948). Ada's husband was Josef
Rosensaft, who married her in 1946; he
died in 1975. Menachem's wife is Bloch
Rosensaft, also active in the Holocaust
racket, but not as notorious as her
relatives." |
